Return
Is it possible to return my order? Yes, this is possible. If you are not satisfied with the items you have ordered, you have the option to return them within 30 days of receipt.

In this case, the order must meet the following conditions:

  1. The order still contains all the appropriate parts, components and the packaging has arrived exactly as the product.
  2. Normal handling of the product is evident, breakage due to careless handling is excluded.
  3. Products for which hygiene is important have been thoroughly cleaned before the return process begins.
  4. The product has been found to be defective immediately upon receipt.
  5. We are entitled to charge the customer for shipping costs.
  6. If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

*We reserve the right to refuse returned items if we suspect that the items have been used or damaged through no fault of our own.

How can I return my order?
If your order meets the above conditions, you will need to do the following to initiate the returns process.
1) Send an email to: info@vogue-kildare.com
2) Make sure the email contains the following:

  • Order number
  • Reason for the return request
  • Photo of the product in case of breakage
  • First name + last name of the customer
  • Address of the customer

To process your return, the parcel must always be sent with a valid Track & Trace (send by email). Without a valid Track & Trace code, we are unable to verify the return and therefore cannot accept it.

I will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your return. Please do note that I do not offer free returns. And Returns should be sent back directly to my fulfillment company in Asia. 

Cancellation Conditions

As we operate with a fully automated system, orders are processed immediately after being placed. However, you have the option to cancel your order within one hour of placement. Once this time has passed, we cannot interrupt the shipping process until delivery, so a refund is not possible upon receipt of the goods. Your order will be entering the automatic handling process which includes quality checks, packaging and shipping. For this reason, we cannot accept any cancellations after this period.

Record for shipments in transit: As our goods are shipped from Asia, there may be longer transit times over which we have no control. If the goods are already on their way to you, cancellation is not possible. Please wait until you have received the goods and then return them to us. Of course, you can inform us in advance about your cancellation.

In order to guarantee you the fastest possible return, we ask you to send us a shipping confirmation.

Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
  • If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact me.

 

We understand that you may not be fully satisfied with your order. However, please note that for products falling under the categories of beauty, lingerie (including underwear, bras, panties and cosmetics), and other hygiene products, returns are not accepted for hygiene reasons. This means that these products can only be returned if the package is unopened and unused. All items must be returned with all original tags and labels attached. If there are visible signs of use or damage, we reserve the right to refuse the return.

If an order is not accepted or not picked up within the specified timeframe and is subsequently returned to us, a €20 fee will be deducted from the original order amount to cover processing and shipping costs.

* PLEASE NOTE THAT WE DO NOT DO FREE RETURNS: ALL RETURNS WILL BE SENT TO OUR CENTRAL WAREHOUSE IN ASIA AT THE CUSTOMER'S EXPENSE.

Damaged Product(s)

In the event of a damaged product, we will send a replacement free of charge. Refunds are not available in this case.
